RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals within your area. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure team members are motivated, productive, and focused on achieving individual and collective targets.
2. Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets within your area. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying key customer segments, developing sales strategies, and actively participating in high-level sales activities such as negotiations and key account management.
3. Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends within your area. Leverage this information to identify opportunities, mitigate threats, and make data-driven decisions to maintain a competitive edge.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, developers, and other stakeholders within your area. Understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships and loyalty.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, revenue, market share, customer satisfaction, and other relevant metrics. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities within your area.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards within your area of responsibility. Implement best practices, conduct regular audits, and address any compliance or quality issues promptly and effectively.
7. Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and best practices related to real estate, technology, and sales management. Continuously develop your skills, knowledge, and leadership capabilities to excel in the role and contribute to your team's success.
QUALIFICATIONS

9. Proven track record of sales success - Our most successful people generally have experience selling property portals or from other online portals. We will consider other sales backgrounds.
10. Demonstrate that you have maintained and grown clients over the medium and long-term, providing excellent service
11. Outstanding communication, presentation and objection handling skills with the confidence and patience to make complex proposals.
12. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to metrics in an intelligent, effective manner.
13. Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
14. A consultative selling style with account management techniques to grow accounts over time. You love building relationships with clients and helping them problem-solve.
15. Ability to navigate a large organisation – who is the decision-maker, the influencers, the blockers? How do I align them?
