They're now looking for a Marketing Manager to take their brand and marketing strategy to the next level. This is an exciting new role where you will take full ownership of all marketing activities, from social media campaigns to web development, and play a crucial part in shaping their future. What You’ll Be Doing : Develop and implement the company’s marketing plan, driving brand awareness and performance. Create compelling content for social media, email campaigns, web, editorial, and marketing collateral. Engage with the industry on topics like skills development, training – ensuring the company is always part of the conversation. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize SEO, web performance, and customer experience. Monitor and analyse marketing performance, using data to refine strategies and deliver results. What We’re Looking For : 5 years of experience in marketing communications, with a proven ability to lead and execute marketing strategies. Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills, with a creative flair and attention to detail. Experience with Canva, CRM systems, and customer mailing platforms. Proactive and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure. Industry knowledge in construction, utilities, or external training is a plus. Why Join?
