About our Nursery
Busy Bees Day Nursery and preschool Birlingham benefits from being located just a few minutes drive from Pershore and a 15 minute drive from both Evesham and Tewkesbury and is proud to hold an OUTSTANDING rating with Ofsted. It is a beautiful countryside Nursery with amazing environments both inside and outside for the Children to explore. We are looking to expand our team and find more incredible Nursery Practitioners that are dedicated to giving every Child the best start in life.
About our Benefits
As a Nursery Practitioner, we offer a salary up to £27, per annum (£13 per hour), plus you will also be entitled to:
1. 28 days holiday per year (inc of bank holidays)

8. Enhanced family leave- The first 12 weeks or your maternity/ adoption leave will be paid at full pay, after which you will move on to SMP. You will also be entitled to a return to work bonus following your family leave. We then also provide additional days off for appointments.
What to expect as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitionerwith Busy Bees, you will be expected to assist in many aspects of our children’s daily lives, through social, emotional, educational and practical interaction, nurturing and guidance.
Helping to oversee, maintain and organise a clean, tidy, child-friendly environment, our Educators supervise activities, such as messy play, crafts, cooking, reading and outdoor/physical pursuits.
