Your new companyYou will be working for a global financial services firm in Henley.This role will operate on a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in their offices 3 days per week with the remaining 2 days as WFHYour new roleYou will be working as a Temporary HR Advisor for an initial 6 month period however there is potential for this role to extend.Some duties will include:- To be the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers. Providing support related to employee matters and associated policies, processes, systems management etc.- Manage employee relations (including performance issues, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management etc.) in conjunction with line management.- Conduct more complex employee meetings such as non-routine parental leave preparation meetings and exit interviews- Work in partnership with the HRBPs on matters such as redundancies and department restructuring.- Identify, recommend and document opportunities for policy and process improvement- Analyse employee surveys and other feedback methods to identify work environment and improvement opportunities- Assist hiring managers through the hiring requisition and approval processes- Process, review an approve business processes in Workday and ServicenowWhat you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a generalist HR role where you will have taken a lead on complex ER cases.Yo...
