Are you an experienced and professional Security Officer looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a committed individual to join our team in Hatfield. In this role, you will ensure the safety and security of our premises on a distinctive shift pattern, including 7 days on, 4 days off, followed by 7 nights on and 3 days off, averaging 60 hours a week.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
* Regular Patrols: Conduct thorough patrols across the site to maintain safety, identifying and addressing potential security risks before they escalate.
* Technology Monitoring: Efficiently use CCTV, alarm systems, and other security technologies to monitor premises and respond promptly to security breaches.
* Access Control: Ensure robust access control procedures are in place, protecting both the premises and its occupants.
* Threat Prevention: Actively detect and prevent suspicious or dangerous activities, safeguarding the site and its personnel.
* Security Advocacy: Represent security in all areas, always prioritising the wellbeing of employees, clients, and visitors.
* Professional Interaction: Build positive relationships with staff, contractors, and visitors, maintaining a welcoming yet secure environment.

Essential Skills
* SIA Licence: You must hold a valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence.
