Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager for our prestigious client based in Cannock.
The successful applicant would ideally be ACCA or ICAEW Qualified – but not essential.
Duties will include:
1. Filing relevant returns with HMRC for VAT and Monthly Intrastat returns
2. Producing monthly management accounts and generating relevant reports using Autopart
3. Active participation in the financial management of the company
4. Quarterly VAT returns
5. Authorising Internet banking payments to suppliers
6. Oversee the Paypal & Sage Pay reconciliation and initiate payments
7. Maintain, administer and pay company pension scheme
8. Produce P11D data
9. Utility company pricing
10. Company Insurances
11. Liaising with auditors
12. Collect and bank cash & cheques
Skills / Knowledge & Experience:
13. Knowledge of various accounting software’s and stock programs
14. Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Excel
15. Have a well-developed attention to detail
16. Ability to work on own initiative and track multiple processes
17. Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages (Excel, Word) and a knowledge or ability to work with in-house bespoke software
18. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
