We are looking for an enthusiastic Demand Analyst to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning for our UK Demand Team in Huddersfield. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!
This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence 7 th July 2025.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
1. Preparations of reports using tools such as Oracle, Demantra, Excel & PowerPoint
2. Preparation of regular market & customer outlook updates including Customer Scorecards for review by the Sales team
3. Support forecast validation / integrity process
4. Supporting across the Demand Analyst and Sales teams with Consensus processes, strategy planning as well as ad-hoc tasks & projects
5. Responsible for maintaining key attributes within electronic system
6. Participate in Corporate Responsibility activity with opportunity for greater involvement
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
7. Working towards a Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Economics or Marketing ideally with modules in Finance / Analysis
8. Previous experience with data analysis would be advantageous
9. Good organisational, communication skills and attention to detail. Proactive, able to self-motivate and being able to handle change
10. IT literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and online communication tools. Understanding of Power BI would be advantageous
