SACM is a crucial process in IT Service Management (ITSM) that ensures the effective management of IT assets and configuration items (CIs) throughout their lifecycle. We’re looking for a dynamic specialist to join our busy SACM team in TOCS. What you’ll be doing

\n
* Support development of, integration points, triggers, data capture and automated workflow, of the lifecycle of hardware assets from procurement to disposal.
\n
* Support the platform team in optimal configuration of the HAM PRO module.
\n
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HAM.
\n
* Support the development, implementation, and execution of verification processes, audits, controls, metrics, KPIs, and reporting solutions to address data accuracy, reconciliation, normalization, duplication and asset coverage challenges.
\n
* Assist in identifying and implementing corrective actions necessary to resolve data-related issues effectively.
\n
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of all related processes and procedures to ensure compliance, clarity and consistency.
\n
* Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to enhance team understanding and compliance with Asset Management practices.
\n
* Act as the primary point of contact for HAM, offering support to address inquiries, manage and remediate issues.
\n
* Collaborate with all stakeholders, including Procurement, Finance, and IT support teams to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of HAM objectives.

We need you to have
\n
\n
* Extensive experience in the design, implementation, support, and enhancement of Asset (HAM) management at scale.
\n
* Hands-on experience in ServiceNow, specifically in managing the Asset and\or HAM modules.
\n
* Strong understanding of complex enterprise IT technologies, including servers, databases, networks, storage solutions, clusters, and both private and public virtualization.
\n
* Familiarity with ITIL principles, with ITIL v4 certification highly preferred but not mandatory.
\n
* In-depth understanding of concepts, data modelling, and governance principles to ensure data integrity and compliance.
\n
* Strong data analytical abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving, enabling effective resolution of data-related challenges.
\n
* Strong skills in the development, implementation and execution of supporting dashboards, controls, metrics, KPI’s and reporting (preferably, but not exclusively, in the ServiceNow platform). SharePoint and PowerBI experience would be a strong advantage.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

* Experience of working in the financial services sector.
\n
* Experience in Configuration Management (CMDB) or Software Asset Management (SAM).
\n
