Telesales Parts Advisor Required!
Our client is a Parts Trade Operation and is looking to recruit an experienced Telesales Parts Advisor to join their team.
Telesales Parts Advisor Role:
Working within a team, you will be focused on delivering a modern and efficient parts service. To contact customers via the telephone in order to either sell promoted product, advise customers of new products and campaigns or to conduct satisfaction reviews
As a Telesales Parts Advisor, You will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of parts. You will be customer focused, and able to prioritise your workload to ensure your meet customer’s expectations. Maintain and update customer database, Use customer database to create call lists and follow up system. Design tailored approach to telephone calls ensuring clear objectives are selected
Telesales Parts Advisor – Requirements:
To have a minimum of 2-years experience as a Parts Advisor
Preferably to have ADP / Kerridge experience
Excellent communication skills are essential
To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
To have a valid driving licence
Package:
Depending on Experience
After 3 years service you will receive an extra 3 days holiday
