The objective ofthe role will be responsible for supporting a team of regionalAccount Managers, and the Senior Management Team, in ensuring thatoutstanding customer service is provided to customers and suppliersalike. Day-to-day duties will cover administrative and accountmanagement tasks. Administrative tasks will include contractmanagement; management and operational reporting; minuting ofmeetings; template and file maintenance; drafting customer reviewreports and coordinating customer review meetings; managing bulkemail releases to customers; spend monitoring; and data qualitymonitoring. Account Management and marketing tasks will includedrafting social media content, attending ad hoc conferences;researching potential customers; competitor analysis; andidentifying potential new opportunities to benefitcustomers.
EssentialSkills
* Asuccessful background in Customer Services, Office Management&/or Accountmanagement.
* Self-starterwith a positive approach, attention to detail, good time managementagainst deadlines, and the ability to coordinate and improveservice provision.
* Atrack record working in busy environments, prioritising tasks,handling multiple varied tasks at any giventime.

* Experienceof the current Social Housing market and the challenges that itfaces.
* Experience ofprocurement and/or knowledge of procurementframeworks.
As an individualyou will be an excellent communicator, adept at liaising at alllevels with a variety of stakeholders. You will also be highlyanalytical with a keen eye for problem solving and meticulousrecord keeping. This role is hybrid based, with three days per weekspent in an office in central Birmingham, and two days homeworking.
