We're looking for anElectrical Commissioning Engineer tojoin our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team based on oursite at Mogden, Twickenham in London.

Responsibilities
As an Electrical CommissioningEngineer, you'll beworking within our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networksbusiness. Reporting to the Commissioning Manager, you'lleffectively deliver the commissioning of wastewater and sludgetreatment process plant from completion of construction through tosuccessful Take-Over.
Your day to daywill include:
* Electrical inspection of cable terminations and glandingin the field and producing marked-up as-built electricaldrawings.
* Identify and resolving electricalissues through effective fault finding andtroubleshooting.
* Testing and commissioning ofelectrical power and ICA control systems including motors, settingup inverter drives, magnetic flow meters, pressure transducers,level instrumentation and valve actuators.
* Functional testing of analogue and digital signals to thePLC and SCADA, as well as initial start-up and wet commissioning ofpumps, blowers, gas boosters, sludge screens, mixing pumps and gascompressors.
* Functionality testing of processplant as part of Site Acceptance Testing and completion of detailedcommissioning reports to support Take-Over.
* Ensure commissioning activities comply with ElectricalSite Safety Rules and Health and Safety regulations.
Whatare we looking for?
This role ofElectrical Commissioning Engineer isgreat for you if you:
* A minimum City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 qualified and anECS (JIB) Gold Card holder.
* Experience insupervising electrical installation on capital projects with aminimum 4 day qualification in safety (such as IOSH, SSSTS orSMSTS).
* Strong technical background inElectrical Engineering and experience of carrying out AuthorisedPerson (LV) duties.
* The ability to takefull responsibility for producing, checking and completinginspection and test sheets and other necessary documentationrequired for Take-Over.
