The role
To drive the communications strategy and approach for our investment proposition. To shape and ensure delivery of investment communications to support this strategy. This will involve articulating technical subject matter into clear, concise strategic key messages and supporting others to do so.
You will be responsible for the core investment messages for our investment solutions, aligning to propositional intent and target market, ensuring that we set and maintain good customer expectations on the investment proposition.
Lead several strategic investment communications projects across the business and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery to agreed specifications within deadlines. You will work closely and collaboratively with Marketing and other functions, to deliver engaging and insightful investment content and collateral.
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven experience implementing investment communications as part of one or multiple change projects within a Life and Pension or Investment company
2. Experience of supporting communication creation for one or more different audiences (end customer, advisers, employers), as well as internal distribution channels and relevant propositions departments
3. Demonstrated ability of effectively communicating information, ideas and plans to senior stakeholders, challenge and question the status quo in an effective manner and escalate any conflicts effectively
4. Experience of anticipating customer communication needs, using customer research, MI and the prevailing market, political, legislative and financial environments.
