The HR Advisor role:
To contribute to the overall success and delivery of the HR objectives; delivering a proactive and customer focused HR service across the group.
Providing effective support, guidance and advice to managers and employees on a wide variety of HR matters, such as employee relations, policy and process, recruitment and selection, training and development and the delivery of key projects.
Ensuring we are operating in line with company policies, quality standards and Employment Law legislation.
Responsibilities of the HR Advisor role
1. To be the first point of contact on all HR queries and ensure the smooth running of all relevant HR processes.
2. To provide generalist HR support to all employees and managers at all levels, advising on policy, best practice and legislation.
3. Collate monthly payroll and send for external payroll processing i.e. new starters, contract various, leavers, absence etc.
4. To manage recruitment needs including; updating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, recruitment and selection process.
