Job Description
We are looking for a Site Service Team Leader to provide essential administration and planning support to the management of the regional service operation.
THE ROLE:
* Lead a team of Service Controllers ensuring accuracy in using the operating systems loading service reactive call outs, raising purchase orders, and planning reactive, quoted work, and planned maintenance visits]
* Invoice all reactive works always ensuring accuracy within the operating system
* Assist in scheduling National customer’s planned maintenance, reactive, and quoted works visits
* Provide subcontractors with annual purchase orders
* Run monthly periodic maintenance reports in ERP system to provide service order numbers for Service Controllers and Regional planners.

YOUR PROFILE:
* Good general level of educational achievement at secondary school level
* GCSE (Grade 3 minimum) English and Mathematics or equivalent
* Basic understanding of the air conditioning, chiller and / or combustion market would be an advantage but not essential
* Although a technical background is not required, the ability to grasp basic technical information in relation to the company’s products and services is desirable but not essential.
* A customer service/ supply chain background is necessary.
* Previous work experience that demonstrates a methodical and well organised approach to planning and record keeping is expected
* Excellent PC/ computer and data inputting skills and the ability to use software e.g. Microsoft word and excel.
* Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills along with a confident telephone manner
* Must be able to balance priorities and work calmly under pressure
* Experience of using customer relationship management (CRM) systems e.g., Moby and Dynamics would be an advantage.
* Good accuracy and attention to detail in record keeping and update of electronic databases.
