Our UK&I HVAC Service team delivers innovative maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning plus Mechanical and Electrical Works.
We are looking for a Service Coordinator with strong organisational skills, to take ownership for coordinating our service support teams, ensuring that our customers maintenance and repairs are met with great customer service and a timely response.

8. Overall Engineer scheduling
9. Engineers Utilisation (Time & Attendance)
10. Engineer Planner Management
11. Engineer Timesheet Processing
12. Raising Jobs – Maintenance, Quoted & Reactive
13. Parts Ordering
14. Communicating with Customers (Verbally and in Writing)
15. Obtaining Customer Pos, Accounts Receivable / Payable Management
16. Maintaining Customer KPIs
17. Customer Invoicing, Quotations / Estimates (Driven from Engineer Timesheets)
18. WIP Management
19. Maintaining Engineer Training Matrix
20. EHS Management
21. FGAS Legislation Compliance
