Position: Senior Infrastructure Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Provide strategic guidance to enhance the technology tower.
2. Act as a subject matter expert responsible for defining and delivering Infrastructure Improvement Programmes with accountability for budgets up to £5 million.
3. Liaise with stakeholders including Architects, Technology Platforms & Portfolio Teams, Suppliers and Partners, and Service Management.
4. Manage professional development and identify opportunities to become a subject matter expert.
5. Identify key stakeholders for technologies and utilize them for decision-making support.
6. Contribute to Infrastructure Management team meetings.
7. Own, develop and publish a holistic infrastructure roadmap.
8. Contribute to monthly reporting governance packs.
9. Understand the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for the technologies.
10. Ensure data accuracy in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
