Responsibilities:
* Preparing and presenting annual budgets, management accounts and future forecasts to Managers, the Leadership Team and Board Members to support the Business Plan
* Responsible for monthly reconciliations to ensure accurate information for the Management Accounts
* Utilising and setting up processes, procedures and contracts
* Undertaking ad-hoc projects and identify process improvements
* Assisting with the statutory accounts as required
* To support the Finance Business Partner in the leadership of the Finance function
* Input of financial data onto the House mark to enable benchmarking with other Registered Social Landlords
