Involve recruitment are in search of a Contracts Manager for our client a construction fit-out specialist to oversee our contractual agreements and ensure the successful execution of contracts. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple site contracts simultaneously and a strong commercial construction background.
Duties
- Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Manage contract renewals and extensions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation
- Provide guidance on contract matters to internal teams
Experience
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience working in a construction project manager or contracts manager roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Previous experience in contract management is desirable
