What do you need to work at a Learning Support Assistant (LSA)?
* A Cache/ NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Support Teaching and Learning
* Experience supporting primary aged children in the classroom
* A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate (one can be processed at registration)
* The ability to record pupils progress effectively
* Knowledge of safeguarding and behaviour policies
* a positive and can do attitude
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
