Vestas are a world leading, renewable energy company that develop, build, install and maintain wind turbines all over the globe. The Operational Support Services is a new team to Vestas; supporting our technical team across a number of functions to ensure they can spend the most time in the turbines.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
1. This role is responsible for the ongoing tracking of service fleet vehicles and service hub lease and compliance.
2. In this role you will need to liaise with numerous external and internal stakeholders
3. You will be responsible for managing databases and be able to generate reports for the business to reflect progress against company targets
4. You will be responsible for overseeing the hiring and leasing of service-related vehicles and warehouse properties from the time the business need is identified to completion
5. You are responsible for liaising with external stakeholders to ensure building and vehicle safety compliance
Qualifications
6. Demonstrable experience of organisation and administration skills across a number of database platforms
7. Fluent in English verbally and win writing
8. Confident on Microsoft Office applications
