We are seeking an Ecommerce Director to lead our online presence, focusing on optimising the customer journey to maximise conversion rate and consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Map out and analyse the end-to-end customer journey, identifying areas for improvement to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience from first visit to post-purchase.
* Develop strategies to improve key touchpoints, including landing pages, product pages, and the checkout process, optimising for usability and conversion.
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the website, ensuring all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the brand voice and messaging.
* Monitor website performance metrics, such as site speed, bounce rates, and conversion rates, and implement changes to improve them.
* Work with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure the site is technically optimised for both desktop and mobile.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive salary and benefits package, product discounts, and the opportunity to make a real impact on a rapidly growing start-up brand.
This is a hybrid role based in Chelsea, London, with 4 days a week in the office (Mon-Thurs) and working from home on a Friday. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an e-commerce role, a strong understanding of customer journey mapping, CRO, and e-commerce best practices, and proficiency with e-commerce platforms.
