Your Purpose
Support the H&S Compliance Manager and working with cross-functional stakeholders to ensures MCBC non-production sites (company office locations, Revl and other sites supported by Facilities Management team), employees working at home and those driving for work operate in compliance with EHS regulatory requirements, conform to MCBC EHS Standards and Current Best Approaches for risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
* EHS Risk Management - Supports teams to identify and ‘own’ their EHS issues with mitigation in line with legal requirements, Molson Coors Standards and best practices. Assists teams to ensure EHS legal requirements are met. Helps teams to understand EHS risks by coaching and supporting the risk assessment process and embeds appropriate risk control measures into ways of working for sustainable performance improvement.
* EHS Systems – Promotes a systematic approach for management of EHS with all stakeholders. Acts as EHS ‘owner’ for company-wide systems supporting EHS (e.g. Riskmaster, Cardinus etc) liaising with stakeholders such as Occupational Health, Wellbeing, Insurance & Claims, and third party providers to ensure ongoing programme visibility, risks and opportunities are identified to enable continual improvement.
* EHS Standards & Assessment – Agrees suitable EHS standards for offices (etc) with stakeholders. Supports site stakeholders with audit assessments using a checklist against agreed Standards and reviews assessments by third parties (e.g. fire risk etc) to ensure alignment with business needs, identification of gaps and prioritization of any remedial actions. Enables visibility of the status of action plans to ensure agreed targets are met.
* EHS Training – Identifies training needs, co-ordinates, supports and conducts EHS training as necessary to build capability for safe working. Able to train and coach on a situational basis for improved EHS performance across areas within scope. Communicates effectively on EHS matters with stakeholder group, proactively contributing to briefings, campaigns, newsletters and business updates etc
* EHS Incidents Investigation - Ensures EHS incidents are reported in timely fashion for KPI purposes Provides expert support and leadership for thorough investigations, proper root cause analysis and development of corrective actions for EHS incidents. Maintains an effective liaison with regulatory authorities as required.
About You
Experience of delivering improvements in H&S performance within an operational environment, ideally FMCG or Manufacturing. Broad knowledge of EHS supported by excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships.
