We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Executive to join our Marketing team. With a strategic mind and a creative flair, you will have a can-do attitude and willingness to challenge yourself every day with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
You will provide support across all forms of digital media including search, social media, web, mobile and CRM marketing. You will be a motivated and proactive individual who is able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team liaising with Marketing Account Managers.
You must be responsive, able to think and act quickly and able to build a rapport with colleagues
Roles and Responsibilities
* Account management of client's social media platforms
* Manage planning, creating engaging content and scheduling for clients
* Responsible for the daily monitoring of the platforms
* Keep up to date with the latest developments in digital marketing
* Maintaining and understanding varying tone of voice for each client
* Monitoring KPI’s
* Creating reports for our clients based around social media campaigns, statistics and website results
* Be proactive and deliver new ideas for our clients in line with their business objectives.
Skills
* Excellent communication and writing skills - experience of writing social media content and blogs.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Ability to work under pressure and turn around work quickly when required
* An understanding of social media scheduling, reporting techniques, digital platforms and digital terms.
* An ability to analyse and interpret data/social media insights
