Our client, a highly skilled contractor and merchant in the construction industry, is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the organisation, the Contract Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of projects.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks are essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include:
* Taking customer calls and arranging appointments for site visits.
* Performing adhoc administrative duties to support the team.
* Liaising with site staff to have an overview of ongoing projects and their progress.
* Arranging quotations and organising payment schedules.
* Acting as the point of contact for customers throughout the duration of the projects.
* Placing orders with suppliers and managing stock levels.
* Issuing relevant paperwork to site staff for ongoing projects and tenders.
