Fully Qualified History Teacher

Salary:
£31350 - £41333 Per annum
Job Duties:
* Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality History lessons to students
* Develop engaging and inclusive teaching materials
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
* Participate in school events and parent-teacher meetings
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Specialism in History
* Enhanced DBS check
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in History
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong knowledge of the History curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
* Effective classroom management techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
* Experience working with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a school setting, following the academic calendar. It may require occasional participation in extracurricular activities and events outside regular school hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
