Parts Advisor (HGV)
Tamworth
£27,500 - negotiable plus Bonus scheme
44 hours per week
Monday to Friday with rota Saturday work
Use of company vehicle if applicable
Duties:
1. Professionally handle incoming calls to promote and secure parts sales.
2. Work with suppliers to purchase parts at competitive prices while maintaining stock levels.
3. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to meet monthly sales, margin, and contribution targets.
4. Contribute to meeting or exceeding head office and local customer service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
5. Perform stock cleanses and manage internal transfers efficiently.
6. Provide excellent customer service to local and national customers to encourage repeat business.
7. Help in building a customer base and promoting the truck and trailer services.
8. Manage cash and payment systems following company procedures, prioritizing safety.
9. Work with the parts team to meet sales and delivery targets, including over-the-counter sales.
10. Evaluate local market conditions and identify sales opportunities.
11. Comply with health and safety procedures.
12. Demonstrate the company's core values in daily work.
13. Collaborate with van drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
14. Perform additional tasks to ensure smooth branch operations.
