Description:
Asan Accounts and Audit Manager you will play a pivotal role withinthe Accounts and Audit team contributing to client accounting taxcompliance tasks and auditing activities. The position willpredominantly involve audit work (approximately 70%) withadditional responsibilities in accounts (approximately 30%). Theideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified or AAT qualified withrelevant experience boasting a minimum of 3 years practiceexperience including at least 2 years in an auditrole.
Responsibilities:
* Collaboratewith partners on client management practice development andbusinessstrategy.
* Leadand manage engagements ensuring timely and efficientcompletion.
* Conductfile reviews across a variety of audit clients applying existingtechnical knowledge and experience while further developing skillsand upholding qualitystandards.
* Contributeto the implementation of regulatory standards and internal firmqualitypolicies.
* Fosterteam development and serve as a role model within theorganization.
* Superviseand mentor junior staff assisting in their training anddevelopment.

Requirements
SkillsRequired:
* ACA/ACCAqualified or AAT qualified with relevantexperience.
* Minimumof two years recent practical auditexperience.
* Proficiencyin UK GAAP FRS 102 LLP SORP andISAs.
* StrongIT skills familiarity with CCH isadvantageous.
* Excellentorganizational and time managementabilities.
* Experiencein team management including workflow structuring and reviewingotherswork.
* Specializationsin Charity audits and/or Solicitor Accounts Rules aredesirable.
