Our client an international food manufacturing business based in Haverfordwest, is seeking an HR Manager to join their team. Reporting to the HR Business Partner and HR Director, this vital role ensures that the factory's 90 staff are happy and healthy, leading the people agenda and supporting the team's growth. The role starts as a 12-month contract but will become permanent and work onsite with the possibility of hybrid working and the client is offering a salary of up to £38,000 with a discretionary bonus on top.
What Does the Role Entail?
As the HR Manager, you will support the full employee life-cycle from hire to termination. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll ensure that the people strategies are aligned with the company's vision for sustainable growth and innovation. Key responsibilities include:
Leading the full employee life-cycle, from recruitment and on-boarding to talent management and retention.
Implementing HR policies that reflect our commitment to sustainability and inclusivity.
Providing coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and employee relations.
Collaborating with leadership to shape a strong, positive company culture that aligns with our regenerative ethos.
