Time Appointments are pleased to be working with a steadily expanding company in Bury St Edmunds who are now looking for a HR Advisor to provide core support to their HR team.
This role is perfect for someone looking to work on a variety of HR related tasks in a fast paced environment within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Day to day HR management reporting to the HR Manager.
2. Participating in employee performance reviews.
3. ER case management.
4. Amendments to contracts.
5. Conducting exit interviews.
6. Assisting with payroll administration.
7. Advising on training and development.
8. Absence management/RTW meetings.
9. Assisting with company policies and procedures.
10. Assist in creating an effective and efficient workplace.
You will need:
11. A minimum of 2 years HR experience.
12. A general understanding of HR policies and procedures.
13. Understanding of HR systems.
14. Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
15. Ability to work with strict confidentiality and integrity.
