At Chewton Glen, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Guest Services Coordinator to provide exceptional service to our guests.
Job Summary:
As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing personalized service to our guests, exceeding their expectations, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of local area attractions and activities
* Take additional reservations in the absence of Central Reservations
* Operate all systems for rooms, spa, F&B, special events, and activities
* Conduct pre-arrival calls to ensure accurate information and upsell opportunities
* Verify activity and restaurant bookings across multiple systems
* Provide exceptional service to guests making reservations on-site
* Meet and exceed standards set by the AA Mystery Guest Report
* Stay informed about special offers and promotions
* Liaise with Central Reservations Office and be an extension of the team
* Monitor revenue targets for each outlet
* Familiarize yourself with fire safety procedures and Health & Safety regulations
About You:
* Previous experience in Guest Services or 5* service
* Proven track record of exceeding guest expectations
* Excellent organizational skills and confident communication
