This school in Sawston is seeking a passionate Supply Teaching Assistant to join their team and help shape the future of young minds. As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll collaborate closely with the class teacher, offering essential support in various classroom activities. Whether providing one-on-one guidance or facilitating small group sessions, you'll help cultivate an engaging and inclusive learning environment where every student can succeed.
Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the teacher in delivering lessons and managing the classroom environment
2. Providing one-to-one support to students, addressing their individual learning needs
3. Assisting with small group activities, ensuring students are engaged and participating
4. Supporting students with their social and emotional development
5. Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
6. Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) is essential
7. Engaging and interactive teaching style
8. Some knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 & KS2 curriculum
9. Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not an option)
