New exciting opportunity for an experienced HR administrator to join our clients Human Resources team. This role is managing the day to day dealings with admin around change of salary details, updating any changes of role titles, changes of contract details, looking after the HR admin around maternity, paternity and sickness. Alongside this you will also be providing first line HR advice and support.
Excellent opportunity for someone who wants to get into HR, but with some exposure to it already.

DESCRIPTION.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
1. Full responsibility and management of the leaver process
2. Providing support to the wider team as and when required
3. Strong administration and organisation skills
4. Looking after all HR Admin as required
5. Providing first line HR advice and support
6. Administration of letters relating to any changes during the employee lifecycle such as family leave, promotions, reward, secondments.
7. Draft and send out contracts and all new starter documents for newly recruited employees, checking right to work documents, recording all information in employee files and HR system and keeping HR trackers up to date
