Responsibilities:
Process invoices and accurately match them to purchase orders (PO's)
Collaborate with the purchasing team to resolve any discrepancies
Conduct supplier statement reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial transactions
Manage employee expenses in a timely and efficient manner
Assist the management accountant in payment management until the permanent appointment is madeRequirements:
Previous experience in a purchase ledger role, ideally within the manufacturing industry
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with internal stakeholders
Proficiency in relevant accounting software and systems
