Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming sales enquiries promptly and efficiently.
Working with the technical team to address product or specification-related questions.
Negotiating deals and converting enquiries into confirmed sales orders.
Following up on leads and managing the sales pipeline effectively.
Collaborating with team members to ensure the best shipping processes for each order.
Keeping customers updated on shipping statuses.
Chases outstanding payments for invoices when required.Candidate Profile:

IT-literate and comfortable using computer systems.

Salary depending on experience
Mon - Fri - 8.30am to 4:30pm or 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours a week)
