You will be responsible for the growth and development of your desk by generating new business opportunities within the Driving and Industrial sector for our newly opened hub in Erith.

To be successful in the role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following;
Proven experience of working within the driving & industrial recruitment sector - ideally temporary recruitment.
Experience of working with KPI's and hitting targets.
Target driven and motivated by your own success
Confident in your approach to cold calls and able to sell our services both by telephone and face to face
