We are looking for an Internal Relationship Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing relationships both within and outside the organization to ensure a seamless lending process. Key Responsibilities : As the Internal Relationship Manager, you will: 1. Internal Stakeholder Engagement: - Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including Business Development Managers, loan underwriters, and operational teams. - Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across departments. 2. External Stakeholder Engagement: - Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, solicitors, valuers, and other key external stakeholders. - Serve as a liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams to streamline the loan application and approval process. - Proactively address any external stakeholder concerns or queries, ensuring a smooth customer journey. 3. Process Management: - Oversee the end-to-end journey of loan applications, ensuring efficient processing and timely decisions. - Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and ensure high-quality service delivery. 4. Performance Monitoring: - Track and monitor workflows to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met. - Provide regular updates to senior management on team performance and operational efficiency. 5. Issue Resolution: - Proactively address internal and external challenges and work collaboratively to find solutions. - Mediate disputes or misalignments between teams or stakeholders to maintain a positive and productive environment. 6. Relationship Building: - Foster a culture of collaboration and support among internal teams. - Build trust and rapport with external stakeholders to enhance long-term partnerships. 7. Compliance and Reporting: - Ensure adherence to internal policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines. - Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports on relationship management and operational success.
