Job summary
Lister House are looking for a temporary care navigator who will process patient online requests and signpost them to the relevant services, booking appointments where appropriate. We require a candidate with great administrative skills who is fluent with Microsoft Office, a fast learner has a professional and empathetic telephone etiquette. The candidate may also be asked to process registrations and assist with other tasks where necessary.
Main duties of the job
The main responsibilities will be to process online requests from patients who are either seeking an appointment or who would like to process an admin request.
Import and action the electronic consultations, signpost as appropriate. Be responsible for the movement of medical records in and out of the Practice working across the 4 sites. Processing incoming mail and providing support for the wider admin team.
