Job Description
As a multi-drop delivery driver with DX Network Services Limited, you will be responsible for delivering customers' products to their required premises. Your primary objective is to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring all products are transported safely.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver Customers' Products Safely: You will transport goods from our warehouses to customers' locations, following established routes to ensure timely delivery.
* Represent DX in a Professional Manner: As an ambassador of our company, you will treat customers with respect, professionalism, and courtesy at all times.
* Ensure Customer Satisfaction: You will be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process, ensuring customers receive high-quality service.
* Maintain Accurate Records: You will keep accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery, to support our business operations.
Key Qualifications:
* Valid HGV Class 2 License: You must hold a valid HGV Class 2 license to operate our vehicles.
