About the Team:
The finance team plays a pivotal role in steering our financial strategy and ensuring sustainable growth. We are dedicated to maintaining robust financial health, optimising profitability, and delivering exceptional value to our stakeholders. Our mission is to empower the company with accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
About the Role:
· Provide accurate and timely management reporting to assist to business stakeholders.
· Produce month end and year end journals.
· Prepare management accounts.
· Analyse financial information to assist business profitability and growth.
· Produce financial statements including P&L accounts, cash flows, variance analysis and board packs.
· Ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
· Lead, manage and develop a small finance team.
· Review accounting/business processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations.
· Working on a US subsidiary as the main point of contact.
Candidate Requirements:
· Previous experience in ecommerce management accounts or similar industry.
· Qualified or Part-Qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA or Finalist Level
· Demonstrable track record in a high-growth e-commerce business.
· Excellent analytical skills and strong commercial acumen.
· Familiarity with ERP systems and expert user of MS Excel.
· Proactive, structured, and disciplined approach to work.
· Ability to identify and support ad hoc project requirements.
· Excellent attention to detail, communication, and relationship-building skills.

2nd Stage – A one-hour interview where you can expect competency questions. In most cases this is held in person.
