Roles and Responsibilities:
OVERVIEW
1. Use our management software to update status of all works completed.
2. Report any additional / supplementary works to the management team.
3. Undertake a range of works from tap & toilet repairs to leak investigations.
4. Installing and maintaining any forms of plumbing.
5. All general plumbing.
6. Emergency repairs.
7. Maintain a high standard of customer service (communication is paramount).
8. Any other duties deemed reasonable for the role

Verifiable Skills:
17. Qualified to Level 3
18. Up to date with latest developments in the specific role. This can have been achieved by attending courses, webinars, research literature and self-reflecting on CPD and other relevant training activities.
19. Strong body of work experience.
Knowledge of (Not Exhaustive):
20. Cold water systems.
21. Hot water systems.
22. TMV valves.
23. Legionella awareness.
24. Central heating systems.
25. Sanitation systems.
26. Safe isolation of the electrical control of plumbing and heating systems.
27. Planning and supervision of in-house plumbing projects.
Qualifications
Relevant Qualifications / License:
28. NVQ Level 3 in Domestic Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent.
29. Hold a full UK driving license.
Relevant Experience:
30. Plumbing maintenance, minimum of 5 years.
Aptitude, skills and abilities:
31. Competent with all installation, maintenance and repairs.
32. Clean and tidy work adhering to all safety requirements and regulations.
Personal attributes:
33. Excellent timekeeping and presentable and professional manner.
