They are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Directors.
Your new role
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide crucial administrative support to the Directors.
1. Managing emails, handling phone calls, preparing meeting materials
2. Coordinate domestic and international travel and amodation arrangements.
3. Scheduling appointments and proactive diary management
4. Managing Board Meetings
5. Creating presentations
6. Ad hoc projects as requested.
7. External liaison with key stakeholders
8. Managing expenses
9. Liaising and building relationships both internally and externally.
What you'll need to succeed
10. The ability to work efficiently in the absence of the SLT and take ownership of assigned tasks is crucial.
11. Strong PA/EA experience
12. The rolebines office work and working from home, but some "out of hours" flexibility will be required.
13. Exceptionalputer skills:- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint are essential.
It goes without saying that this role requires someone who is professional, tenacious, flexible, proactive, respectful, tactful and, above all, has the strength of character to provide key administrative services to a number of senior Directors.
