Dunluce Lodge, the newest 5-star luxury resort in Portrush, is looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our gastronomic services. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the dining and drinking experience at one of Northern Irelands most anticipated openings.
What You'll Do:
* Manage the operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards.
* Lead, train, and inspire a team of culinary and bar professionals.
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create innovative menus that reflect local flavors.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a managerial role within a high-end restaurant or bar.
* Strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Deep understanding of the food and beverage sector, including trends and best practices.
* Commitment to delivering a high-quality dining experience.
