As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, food preparation, and ensuring the highest quality of culinary delights for our guests. Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of food production and kitchen operations
* Create and execute menus that showcase creativity and culinary expertise
* Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
* Manage and train kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
* Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new dishes and improve existing ones
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
* Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
* Experience:
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
* Excellent understanding of food safety practices
* Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Proficient in supervising kitchen staff and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
