Our client is seeking an exceptional administrator to join the Director's close-knit administrative team as Office Secretary. This is a wonderfully varied role with autonomy to manage a professional reception area, acting as an ambassador for the Director and first point of contact for guests, as well as secretarial duties. These may include written communication drafting and events coordination.
Office Secretary's Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
1. Drafting written communication on behalf of the Director
2. Acting as point of contact via phone and email and managing any queries
3. Managing a front desk reception, welcoming guests and visitors
4. Assisting with Director's diary management
5. Supporting with relevant events
