Surgical Product Manager – Healthcare Marketing I am seeking an experienced Surgical Product Manager with a strong background in healthcare marketing to lead the development and execution of strategic product plans. This role focuses on driving innovative solutions in the medical device/capital equipment space, with a particular emphasis on engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs) What You’ll Do: Build relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare organisations. Develop localized marketing materials to support education and outreach. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities. Create and implement creative, data-driven strategies to drive adoption. Manage budgets and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and drive growth. What You Bring: Proven experience in HCP marketing, ideally with capital equipment or medical devices. (Ophthalmology is highly desirable) A track record of delivering successful marketing strategies. Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
