Job Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day running of the office.
General administration.
Invoicing.
Attend to Purchase orders received from clients.
Arrange transport.
Maintain Company Website.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
Matric.
Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
Excellent telephone manner.
Good computer skills including MS Office suite and other online applications.
Systematic and thorough approach to tasks.
Vibrant, capable of multi-tasking and being organised.
Knowledge of Sage.
Package & Remuneration
Salary: R 12 000.00 to R 15 000.00.
Working Hours: 08h00 to 17h00.
