The role of Community Manager is an exciting and varied role that covers all aspects of running the location. You will be a rapport builder extraordinaire and smiley solution bringer to every problem while building a community through events, initiatives and ongoing engagement.
You will be:
Knowledgeable and experienced within MedTech, BioTech or Healthcare, able to speak the language and understand the needs of buisinesses and organisations within these industries
Experienced in customer service and engagement
Experienced in events management - able to put on tailored and specific MedTech events (monthly or quarterly) that will engage high participation from industry pros
Experienced in online CRM systemsYour focus:
You will have the ability to actively drive community engagement within your location whilst maintaining a high level of customer service, build meaningful working relationships and create a seamless member experience.
Member Engagement & Retention:
Manage the front desk, delivering a positive member experience to all members and guests.
Manage the front desk inbox, responding to all incoming queries regarding your location.
