Exec Recruitment Solutions are currently working on behalf of an award-winning law firm, committed to the growth of their staff and to their company, with ambitious plans over the next 10 years. We are looking for a Residential Property Administration Manager
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Conveyancing department, and be ready for the next step up into managing an administration team.
What will the role involve?
* Lead and develop the admin team to provide an excellent support service to Fee Earners and clients
* Train and develop existing and new staff
* Lead the recruitment of new team members within the admin team
* Preparation of agenda, minutes, and data for departmental meetings
* Diary management and scheduling for the Head of Department
* Management of billing process each month
* Carry out Fee Earner administration meetings
* Prepare for departmental business development meetings on a monthly basis
* Liaise with clients, and agents to ensure relationships are maintained
* Receive and check mortgage offers, liaise with clients and Lenders on inquiries
* Chase clients for deposits and signed papers & get file ready for exchange
* Handle all post completions matters up to post registrations
* Close abortive files
* Draft and send out papers to buyers solicitors on sales Liaise and nurture relationships with clients
* Administer relevant transaction documentation for fee earners within the department
* Create and maintain accurate records of transactions
* Conduct audits of information held on internal systems
* Adhere to internal and external compliance requirements
* Identify and suggest areas for improvement, such as efficiencies to be made to existing processes
* Provide general administrative support for the Residential Property team where required
* Perform ad hoc duties needed across the department
