Job description The role includes but is not limited to: -Organising and coordinating talent schedules on a daily basis. -Maintaining and building on existing active relationships with the talent; creatives, clients, and brands within the industry. People skills are a must. -negotiating deals for talent -Scouting new and interesting talent. -Having creative freedom and pro-actively searching for photographers, stylists, etc. Building on these relationships. -Attending fashion week and events with the talent. -Travel with talent -Flexibility to work late evenings and weekends as required (events, on set, photoshoots etc) Skills: Good interpersonal skills. Self-motivating and ambitious attitude. Good organizational skills. Proactive mindset.
