Key Responsibilities:
1. Support day-to-day operations, upholding the highest standards of care and service
2. Lead and assist the care team, taking full management responsibility in the Home Manager's absence
3. Train and mentor care staff, setting a positive example
4. Assist the Home Manager with pre-admission assessments for new residents
5. Ensure resident care plans and daily records are accurate and up to date
6. Build effective communication with residents' families and external partners
7. Encourage residents and families to actively participate in care planning
Requirements:
1. Experience as a Deputy Care Manager or in a similar role
2. NMC Registered Nurse with valid pin (RGN/RMN)
3. Strong understanding of CQC standards
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills
